This project involves the manufacturing and processing of healthy biscuit and food products, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, nutrition, and food safety. The scope includes raw material handling and inspection, ingredient preparation, mixing, dough processing, shaping, baking, cooling, quality inspection, packaging, and storage. It also covers the handling and maintenance of production equipment, cleaning and sanitation of processing areas, minor maintenance and civil works, and proper management of utilities and waste. All activities shall be carried out using trained manpower, approved food-grade materials, appropriate equipment, and established safety, hygiene, and food safety practices to ensure the production of safe, nutritious, and high-quality food products.
Overview of the project
The scope of this civil works project involved engineering, design, and preparation of construction drawings, along with the supply of materials for foundations, building extensions, internal roads, drainage systems, fencing, site leveling, and gravel spreading. The works included defining foundation dimensions, road width and type, drainage details, gravel specifications, and fencing height and type in accordance with the SOP and RFP requirements. All works were carried out using appropriate engineering practices, trained manpower, and necessary safety measures.
